6. Broad Run Golf Academy.

Background. This property is well within the core Bristoe Station Battlefield and contains some winter hut sites. Much of this property is also wetlands.

Current Status. The Golf Academy property has recently been sold to a commercial interest that may seek tract rezoning; however, as of November 2017, no rezoning request/application has been filed with Prince William County (PWC).
